We have been using pooldevil for years! No need to skim your pool...works wonders! Very easy to install. Have recommended to many friends and family!
Having used several Pool Devils in the past and had no problem with the nets holding up. Don't know what happened to the quality but the first one ripped out the first day. For 50 bucks I would have expected them to be stronger. The unit tracks well as the previous ones I owned.
Our pool is one of the smaller, kidney-shape pools and has only one place to attach the hose for a pool vacuum (larger pools have two inlets). So, we have no skimmer and must do it manually with a big net, which gets tiring. The pool is enclosed within a screened area, so we don't get leaves. But, we get a ton of small particles that get through the screen, especially when it rains. This stuff is difficult to get off of the surface. When I saw the Pooldevil on Amazon, I bought it just to try it. It works fantastically! We had tried a different device that attached to the pool vacuum hose, but it's virtually worthless. So I'm elated how well the Pooldevil works!
works well ... is third one ... they do breakdown eventually due to sun and chemicals
I have had 5 of these things over 23 years. I think they are a little overpriced but nothing else works like these do. Shipping was pretty quick.
