Paul Widmayer The product is great unfortunately we paid extra to get it delivered in one or two days and it took many many days to deliver. I think you should reimburse me for that extra cost.Z

Jim Ranallo I tried contacting the company numerous times to follow up on delivery because they never gave me a date specific shipping # or any other shipping info.
They never returned my e-mail or phone calls.

DP The replacement hose did not last even 1 month. It is not sturdy and seems to have gone down in quality. The company is great and I have no problem with them.
